Our primary charge was to work with Salesforce’s Small Business unit to produce a wide array of marketing materials – from Facebook advertising to printed collateral.

We assigned a dedicated team to provide the highly iterative, responsive service needed to keep up with demand – and that team eventually became instrumental in evolving a new visual language for the Small Business unit. This has earned us recommendations for many interesting projects for other business units.

We saw a tremendous opportunity to differentiate this thought leadership community by promoting the remarkable people behind the content through a unique editorial look and feel.

Sustainability Report

In producing Salesforce’s sustainability report, the challenge was to convert a spreadsheet of varied data into impactful visual information.

Dreamforce Small Business Book

Our assignment here was to design a standout piece promoting eight small business owners who had leveraged Salesforce to drive high profile success. The piece was distributed during Dreamforce, making a strong statement that Salesforce is not simply an enterprise tool, but one that can propel businesses of any size to the next level of success.

Small Business Showcase

Working hand-in-hand with the Salesforce team, we rolled out dozens of digital campaigns and other initiatives, exploring different design aesthetics as we went – culminating in a clean, distinctive illustration-driven style.

eBooks

The kind of information customers are seeking changes quickly. So Salesforce's eBooks often need to be produced quickly – while still at a very high standard. Our senior creative team works closely with the project managers, taking an iterative, collaborative approach.

Over the course of a year, Iron has built a dedicated team to provide true full service support to Salesforce – becoming an extension of the company's internal teams. This has lead to a growing number of engagements with a wide array of clouds.
