Creative ideas are only half the story. The magic happens when those ideas are extended thoughtfully, consistently, and beautifully across hundreds of real-world touchpoints. If you have an eye for detail, a knack for working within brand systems, and the ability to produce exceptional work at speed, this could be exactly the role you’ve been looking for.
About The Role
This is one of those roles that makes everything better. Our designers are trusted with extending the creative work for some of the world’s best-known brands across dozens of digital touchpoints. The work moves quickly, the standards are high, and the details matter.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in that kind of craft. Someone who enjoys making great work feel effortless, who embraces new tools (including AI) without losing their eye for quality, and who believes the best creative teams are collaborative, curious, and always looking for a better way to work.
We also think agency life should be enjoyable. So if you have ideas that would make the work better, the process smoother, or the team happier, we’re all ears.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- IRON is looking for a Senior Design Lead who can move fast, stay precise, and create polished digital retail work for brands like Levi’s, adidas, Hydro Flask, Ray-Ban, and more.
- We’re a 30+ person digital agency specializing in building the digital retail content that enterprise brands run at scale. This is a 3-month contract role which may have the opportunity to extend.
- You’ll work creatively within established brand systems, campaign toolkits, and existing artwork, extending them into clean, on-brand work across many formats. This is not primarily a blue-sky concepting role; we’re hiring for disciplined, high-quality execution inside established creative frameworks.
- The right Senior Design Lead is meticulous, fast, collaborative, and proud of getting the details right. You’ll work closely with creative directors, art directors, designers, project managers, and account managers across teams.
- If you can balance speed, taste, precision, and flawless execution, this role may be for you. Send your portfolio and rate requirements to the email address listed below.
