We serve world-renowned Fashion and B2B tech clients, like Levi’s, Adidas, Salesforce, and Slack.

You’ll be overseeing the development of digital campaigns, social posts, eBooks, web videos, convention graphics, and more. These accounts move fast and we deliver a lot of work. That means processing client needs quickly and moving solutions ahead even more quickly, without losing sight of the details.

 


About The Role

In this role, you’ll manage the day-to-day workflow – working with clients to define project needs, then with our Project Managers, Creative Directors, and Designers to fulfill those needs, managing and interpreting feedback along the way. The details of the role include:

  • Provide day-to-day support to Account Director (AD) and across assigned accounts; meet challenges with positivity and solution-oriented mindset
  • Thoroughly process project intakes to ensure creative team has all information needed to complete tasks; keep clients informed and set appropriate expectations for timing and approvals
  • Act as liaison between client and creative team, providing accurate feedback and thorough proofing on every project
  • Keep eyes out for client brand compliance in creative
  • Keep track of project status
  • Escalates issues to AD as needed; keeps AD apprised of important client news
  • Ensure creative staff are entering hours against assigned projects
  • Learn agency pricing, hourly rates, and billing cycles for accounts; take-on finance tasks as assigned

 


The Ideal Candidate Has

  • Stays positive, and knows how to keeps people motivated
  • 2-4 years working in an advertising or design agency account department, or similar client-side position
  • Proven success in managing and coordinating multiple projects, diverse personalities, and tight deadlines
  • Clear and persuasive communications skills; specifically in writing
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization with keen attention to detail
