The Skills and Experience to Support Zilliant

For over 20 years, IRON has refined its processes and capabilities to serve the needs of B2B brands like Zilliant.

IRON and the B2B Customer Journey

IRON provides customer journey enablement for a wide array of B2B brands, including Salesforce, Twilio, Slack, and more.

In the post-Amazon era, B2B brands need to provide customer journeys that are just as engaging as their consumer counterparts. That means brand-perfect design for every single customer touchpoint—every ad, every email, every landing page, every white paper, every webinar, and more. But all of that starts with the brand foundations—which is why we’ve built a core expertise in helping clients ensure those foundations are solid as a rock.

Case Studies

Verily

Verily sits at the intersection of technology, data science and healthcare. We extended their brand to hinge on this idea of intersection, with an illustration-based icon system, a revised color palette, new typography, and guidance for photography/art direction.

Formula 3

Based on data gathered about the cyclical on-again/off-again behavior of gym-goers, Iron developed a complete brand system and mobile app that would build deeper loyalty, increase engagement and provide an array of real and social user rewards. The concept is called: Formula3.

Kaleyra

Finding themselves in an increasingly competitive landscape without many tangible differentiators, Kaleyra needed a strong brand presence. But their existing brand felt small and complex. They needed to set themselves apart in a bold and confident manner that commanded trust from some of the world’s largest companies.

The Wrap-Up

First and foremost, we want to say that this work is right in our wheelhouse and we’re very excited about the possibility of working with Zilliant. So we’re committed to aligning with your goals and expectations.

That said, per your request, we’re including a general outline of our process as well as a rough appraisal of costs and timelines. (In order to refine those estimates, we’d need to hone in a bit more on the scope—for instance, we’re not sure if we would we be providing website page re-skins or simply handing off visual elements and, similarly, we wondered if we would be providing any environmental design for Mindshare.)

Brand Messaging

This process may include a questionnaire supplied by IRON, 1-2 meetings with key stakeholders, and independent competitive analysis, aimed at defining Zilliant’s value proposition and brand essence.

The end deliverable will be a brief outlining the core brand message and key support points.

This is generally a 1-4 week process, depending on depth of discussion.

Cost: $10,000-$25,000

Visual Identity

Visual exploration will begin at the tail end of brand messaging development.

This will include an overall visual language refresh. “Style tiles” will be used to convey what primary and secondary color palettes will come into play, how photography, illustration, and/or iconography will be used, what additional graphic elements can be leveraged, etc.

As Iron builds out requested deliverables, we will update the Brand Guidelines as needed.

Timing will be built around Zilliant’s needs, but generally we’d put it at 4-8 weeks.

Cost: $40,000-$100,000
